How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

If your license renews automatically, you can cancel the next renewal yourself at any time.

Where to cancel

Use the cancellation page at https://kernaim.to/cancel-renewal.

What you need

One of the following is enough:

• Your license key, or
• Your order ID, which starts with KA#.

Steps

1. Open the cancellation page

   Go to https://kernaim.to/cancel-renewal.

2. Choose what to submit

   Select Key or Order ID, then enter the matching value in the field.

3. Complete the captcha

   Finish the verification challenge shown under the field.

4. Confirm

   Click Cancel Automatic Renewal. A confirmation message appears once the renewal is disabled.

What happens after cancelling

• Your access is not affected: the license stays active until the end of the current period.
• No further charges are made after the current period.
• Renewal cannot be reactivated. If you want to continue after the current period ends, purchase a new license manually.

Note: If the page reports that the order does not have automatic renewal enabled, your license was a one-time purchase and there is nothing to cancel.
